Intimate weddings always pull at my heartstrings because the love from your very closest family and friends is so BIG. Amanda and Robert married in her parents’ backyard, overlooking the sturdy oak forests and rolling hills of central coastal California. Their wedding photos show their absolute adoration and immense love for each other.
They headed down with their two sweet daughters from Klamath Falls, Oregon. Their family gathered and watched as they committed to being each other’s one and only. A local Mexican food truck served fresh and delicious treats after the ceremony. After they cut their “Love Birds” cake, Amanda’s father rolled his vintage orange Dodge truck into the driveway. What was just a couple’s photo session turned into laughter and smiles as folks wandered out to see what the commotion was.
We ended their wedding celebration at Moss Landing beach. Her floral hairpiece popped gorgeously with her bouquet against the soft pastels of the beach. And his feathered fedora paired perfectly with his dapper suit. I was obsessed with their style but even more with how he tenderly touched her belly, as the two were expecting their first daughter together later this year!
