San Juan Bautista Mission Church Wedding: Danixa + Enrique

The rain couldn’t stop us from enjoying Danixa and Enrique have their to-the-moon dream wedding. Their ceremony was a beautiful Mexican celebration of religion, faith, and love in the grandiose San Juan Bautista Mission. High ceilings with majestic architecture framed their picturesque wedding as the mariachi band played. After the two said “I do,” they got a chance to walk down the aisle through the mariachi band before exiting.

Enrique sweetly held the umbrella over his wife as they entered the party bus, and to the party they want. The reception followed with a lively cocktail hour and a grand entrance. The navy blue bridesmaids dresses popped beautifully against Danixa’s striking dress and floor-length veil (my favorite to photograph).

After their sweet first dances, the couple invited their family and friends to the dance floor for the traditional money dance. This always evokes many giggles and smiles as everyone gets a few moments to dance with the bride or groom.

They knew how to party and had a late night band arrive to keep the dance floor going! Everything was gorgeous down the finest detail — the wedding of a lifetime. Congrats Danixa and Enrique!
